The signups will start at 13:00 CDT on Wednesday 12 February 2014. The games will begin as soon as the 64 players have added in #cwn.tacs.

The Bot for the Cup, will be in #cwn.tacs, which was Fraggie's IRC Channel "Clan without Name- Tactics" make sure you are in the right place whilst waiting for games feel free to join #tdmpickup :) The bot will employ a new formula for assigning players to teams.

The bot commands are:
!tAdd add
!tRem remove
!tSub substitute.
!TGames Display all ongoing games and their rough results. (Progress from QL's json output)

The bot will automatically generate a bracket once teams are assigned and the cup will proceed as:
4v4 TDM, Single Elimination bracket, matches played as BO3
Maps are picked by cointoss and pick-pick-drop-drop

Teams as made by the bot will have captains by the lowest rating, which was a suggestion made by Fraggie for some of the previous drafts.

After the teams are formed players can be subbed as long as their rating is within +/- 2 point range of the subbed player. Fraggie's friends of #cwn.tacs will be given a higher priority for possible substitutions.

We will try to ensure that everyone who wishes to play will have such opportunity so if you missed the signup let us know that you wish to participate and we will try to sub you where possible.

The map pool consists of Fraggie's best and most loved maps.

Fraggie was a dear friend to many of us. He spent all of his days on IRC and QL, where he tried his best to make people happy and chat, making friends and playing games, gathering people in his channel #cwn.tacs, which he affectionately called Clan with Noobs or Clan with Nice. I only had the pleasure of knowing Fraggie for just under a year, PM’ing daily, but many had been in this chan with him for 5 or more years, and even family members and real life friends from 20 + years ago would come and enjoy Fraggie’s wonderful, entertaining company and his funny ways. As FFT wrote in the comments, he had this funny way of calling you an ‘internet’ friend, and slowly dropping the letters as you gained his trust and friendship, before calling you a friend.

While Fraggie had been dealing with hardships for the majority of his life he took comfort and joy from the rich social circles he had gathered around him. He had the strength and positive outlook to cherish from the many friendships he had by always being cheerful and friendly, supportive and caring, gentle and kind, which in turn brightened up his own day. There wasn't a mean bone in his body.

He adored QL and his friends here in IRC; I know that he spoke to many of you in PMs as well as being a regular player in pickups, a friend to all and essentially a community icon in #tdmpickup and Quake Live.

Fraggie signed off as normal on Thursday evening, happy, after PMs and Teamspeak. He logged off with:
