After a Sunday of surprises, last weekend we saw the regulars contending for the top spots again. Belarus Cypher managed to overcome Russia evil is a tight 3-2 grand final. Sweden Spart1e and Russia ash took the third/fourth position.

This Sunday at 09:00 CDT, the FACEIT Fall Season Sunday Cup #5 will take place, where you can see all your favorite players in action.

The FACEIT Fall Season will be played each Sunday for the coming month, where 128 players can join and play for $125, as well as points to qualify them for the Finale.

Commentary this week will be provided by our host, United Kingdom Daniel "ddk" Kapadia, joined by several guests. The stream will go live on FACEIT TV at 09:30 CDT.

Today is the day when first 4 finalists will rise up from the first qualification round of cpma PROMODE DUEL MASTERS CUP. Amongst those who will meet on the promode battlefield today are Sweden funnyb, roboty aimer Finland LuGia, our NA fellows Canada kwong and United States of America entik and other noticable players as Russia Lunokhod-2 or Netherlands Padawan. The battle will begin at 16:30 CET. Players need to check in which they can do so in #masterscup. Check-ins are open from 10:00 CDT to 10:30 CDT. If you don't want to miss anything go to #masterscup channel! If you are not able to play today don't worry because next weekend 2nd round of qualification will be played!

UPDATE:
Since the CTF community isn't as open for new things as we hoped, even if it is only for one single day, we almost instantly had to cancel the event today.
Our intention however is still to grow the community and bring variety to CTF and also attract new people to CTF with those events.

The idea behind the event today was initially to have only QL maps in the pool. Since this includes Ironworks we decided to let the bot pick the map to avoid an Ironworks-only day.
Obviously people didn't really get that and therefore the whole thing failed. We may however come up with other settings or ideas which people like more.

I'm happy to present you my latest project that I've been working on for years. It features the swedish player Sweden Kiddy in some awesome DeFRaG runs. This movie had been planned for a few years, I've learnt many things about moviemaking during that time and this is the end result.

On this particular film, we focused on making the runs clear and using 3rd person cams smartly, so that it isn't overedited.
Every single run here is done in CPM physics, except the q3wcp17 one, which is VQ3. I have nothing else to add, just judge by yourselves =)

At 13:00 CST, 14 November 2013 it will be time for a best of 7 between Sweden Spartie and Sweden Tox for 50 EUR.

Hi all, guys! I hope you enjoy my english commentary of my first VOD Polosatiy vs. Lakerman I did yesterday. Actually its more interesting than russian version because has more history (after simple translate I got a lot of space to fill).

About match... Its loser bracket final of CPL Cologne 2000, map ztn3dm1. The idea was not just to commentary the fight... I'd like to come back to old time and tell some inside stories, also analyze some tactic things...

Next time I will try the Q3MME but now it doesn't work for me, I don't know why... I'm waiting for your replies to make next videos better, I mean video and config settings. Thank you!

As announced earlier this month, ZOWIE GEAR is launching an online Quake Live tournament with a 500$ prize pool.

Last Saturday we saw Russia Agent and Russia kook going toe-to-toe in the Qualifier Final for the last spot in the main tournament, and now we have the 4 players ready to go!

Despite winning the qualifier, Russia Agent says he will not be able to play, so Russia kook will take his spot.
