Czech Republic neverGreen from mIRC #cpmduel channel is hosting another cpma challenge promode #cpmduel NEWBIES cup. This cup is intended for people inexperienced with cpm, people who are curious to try it and people who are in cpm for a short period of time. This cup is not intended for Warsow or Quake3/QL/QW veterans who are new to CPM! It's aimed towards european players so matches will be played on euro servers. Registration will be opened 30 minutes in advance of the tournament (22 September, 17:00 CET). If you want to play make sure you're on IRC in #cpmduel channel on QuakeNet!!!

The Black/Night/Marathon V was on 28th December 2012, so long time ago. After exactly 19 hours of playtime LORDBALET won BNM 5. This is a simple movie with frags from the BNM5. In the movie you'll see most of the players who took part in the marathon. Have fun.

This is my first full length movie. I tried to keep the edit clean and flow well some simple effects here and there. Am looking at making another one so post anything that the movie lacks, what the config is like, frags are like, edit, all of it !! Would be extremely helpful for my next one.

Frags are mostly CA but also include some from duel, CTF league matches, CA league matches, CA PCWs and the TDM Draft Cup!

Compared to the last news, I finally received the medals/trophy and for those who missed it, here's the link.

People who are bringing monitors need to bring them by 04:00 CDT, 20 September 2013 at the latest. Also who was at Adroits lan and remember problems with cables, I would like to let them know, that all the DVI cables at cafe place are capable of handling 120Hz monitors, so there shouldn't be any issues with them.

All other info can be found in previous posts. See you on Friday!

The MaverickServers Quake 3/Quake Live level design competition has finished its 12 week run and the judging has now started.

The final judging mappack can now be downloaded and judging will finish up around September 25th.

The judges are:

Valve announced today that the 2013 DreamHack Steelseries CS:GO Championship taking place at DreamHack Winter will feature a $250,000 community-funded prize pool. The prize pool is the largest in Counter-Strike’s history.

From Monday to Saturday we have our daily FACEIT Cups with several Duel levels, Clan Arena, CTF and TDM, plus a different Premium Cup on every week day!

On Saturday we have 3 Premium Cups with higher points prizes. These points can be exchanged for prizes, such as Razer gear in the FACEIT Shop.

There will not be a Summer Season Cup this Sunday, due to the Prague LAN taking place and we prefer that all attention goes to this. We'll certainly be tuning in!
