Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

Decisions by ID in QL (Maps TDM/CTF) (29 comments)
Posted by G_Uru @ 10:54 CDT, 23 June 2013 - iMsg
Quake Live, quite popular game with an active scene and several gaming modes. Well what's wrong with that? Well nothing, except that it's using just a minor bit of it's potential due to several decision ID made during the years.

Popular gamemodes about a year ago:
- CA
- TDM
- CTF
- FFA
- Freezetag (Premium)
- The others spawned somewhat a year ago but I will not count them in to this list yet (Premium).

Gamemodes that has lost most probably like atleast 75% of it's active users during the last year:
- TDM
- CTF

(talking about public servers, not the active clan scene)

So the question here is that why? Well most of you probably has realized that ID changed the map rotation standard. The effect on it on TDM was enourmous. Since it was not hard to find a TDM game a year ago before this was implemented. State of it now is: 1-2 games that aren't pickup to join during a day (4on4)? The question is why they had to implement something that would mainly kill the whole scene of public TDM. One of the easiest gamemodes to understand. Also the TDM-scene clanwise was very active at that moment but I doubt it has increased since there is nowhere to find new players. You most likely have to play several other mods and have somewhat good skill to even be intrested in the world of QL TDM. And if you don't like it you wount continue it.. So how can we see a growth here? It's not like this would need some major coding to be fixed.

CTF has had somewhat the same thing, but not even close to as big difference as in TDM. Most of this also just because removing favorite maps to only players paying, so it's impossible to have all months a really nice map pool. This doesn't affect the paying customer in other ways than that very many maps will most likely not be played every month. If not playing pickups, but all people don't like pickups, some people like this "arcade"-mode better but not too much thinking and too advanced tactics. But even the paying players doesn't get to play most maps if not arranging a game him/her self. This will also require most likely spamming around on irc and recruiting friends, sitting at the computer for a quite long time. So is this what the premium/pro players is paying for? Not enough players to play premium maps on publics? I doubt most like this.

FFA doesn't have a too big issue with this, since the variation of "good maps" is bigger and the requirements of the maps ain't as big as in TDM/CTF.

CA is also more flexible than CTF/TDM, but a big part of players doesn't like playing narrow & big maps which mainly is spam only. So it only affects a bit on the CAs public scene.

So how to fix this? Simple, implement different rotations on different gaming modes. So for example TDM has several "favorites" in the pool. This will do that more people will play TDM on publics, which means that ID will get more paying customers. Same with CTF. I don't like playing Siberia only this month. There are other good maps but most of the new ones has major fps-issues while the older ones doesn't. So atleast in my case only somewhat nice "top map" this month is Siberia.
Split "top maps" in to 3 different rotations in TDM and CTF and keep this game alive. With these 6 rotations (?) the quality of the public maps choices are too narrow for them to be intrested in to paying anything to get to try the gamemodes. So do yourself a favor and double the map pools for both TDM and CTF!

Yours, paying customer: G_Uru

CPM fragmovie of frags by Germany sbs.

The creator, United States of America lolograde has a history of releasing CPM movies, as this is his third after Huge Tits: a N.A. Fragmovie and Chicken Tetrazini.

It also can be noted that England 8bitlobster's Claw & Order 2: Bad Juju can be found an inspiration for this movie.

Please note that if you enjoy the fragmovie, downloading it is a better option, since streams lower the quality by definition (and it was the author's wishes to not upload to Youtube as it would have problems with the soundtrack and blocking). Enjoy!

Tutorial on setting up FragTV (15 comments)
Posted by apparition_ @ 15:16 CDT, 17 June 2013 - iMsg
Okay so here's a tutorial I created on how to setup FragTV properly. It's a bit complicated but as long as you follow it you should get it to work.

To watch live demos:

1. Download the FragTV client and server here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/fragtv/

2. Next you will go to your download location find the zip file you downloaded and extract it to wherever.

3. You will now open up the folder from the zip named “FragTV” and load up the FragTV.exe file. You will click on the Channel tab and type in the IP address + the port in the address box, and type the name that you wish in the Name box. For example, the Qlranks' address is 86.146.12.145:80 so you would copy that and put it into the Address entry box, and then enter in your own name. We don't need to mess around with the MOTD channel since it isn't needed to watch the demos. Now click on the Wolfcam tab, and then click on Browse and find wolfcamql.exe. This can be done by finding your wolfcam folder (here is the link for the people who do not have wolfcam: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wolfcamql/fil...p/download). Once you have downloaded or found the wolfcam zip file, extract it and open the wolfcam folder (should be called wolfcam9.11 if it's been updated), open it and click wolfcamql.exe and then click open. You should now see the path. If you wish to test it to make sure that it works, click on Test Execute. If you've loaded the path correctly, the test should load up wolfcam and let you play in wolfcam. Next to start watching the live demo, go into the Channel tab, click on the name you entered, and then click on Connect. A twitch stream and chat popout, and wolfcam should load up with the demo.

To set up your own server so people can watch your demos live:

1. Download the FragTV client and server here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/fragtv/

2. Next you will go to your download location find the zip file you downloaded and extract it to wherever.

3. Load up your FragTV folder. You will now load up the FragTVserver.exe file. At the moment, I'm not sure what the Live tab does except pop out your twitch video and the chat for twitch. I also didn't mess around with the MOTD edit since it isn't needed for the basic setup. You will now go to the “Network” tab and type in the IP address of your PC into the Local IP entry box. (If you do not know what your IP is and you are using windows 7, go to Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet, and then click View network status and tasks. You will now go to Local Area Connection, click on Details and go to your address box. After you find the IP address, you can type it into the Local IP entry box of the FragTVserver.exe.) Now you will need to forward the port 80 to your IP address. (If you do not know about port forwarding, I suggest googling it up or searching about it on youtube). After you have forwarded the port click on Listen. If you've successfully forwarded the port to your IP, the red dot near the Network tab should turn from red to green, and the Network status should say, The server is running on IP________.
4. Next click on the Game tab. You will need to find your baseq3 folder, and then browse for it using the “Browse” button, find the folder, and then open it. Now click on the demos folder, and select folder open. Click on Start scanner to start scanning for a new demo to load up. If you selected the correct folder, the red dot should also turn green. (If you don't know how to find your baseq3 folder, I recommend reading on this forum: http://www.quakelive.com/forum/showthread.php...-directory)

5. Click on the Sync Helper tab. Click on Show. If this has worked, the red dot should also turn green, and it should load up the Sync Helper Window (which can be minimized).

6. If all the tabs have green dots, and you have enabled the recording of demos in Quake Live, you should be all set! You will need to give your public IP and the port you forwarded to other people so that they can watch your demos live. For example, if your public IP address was 68.5.12.145 and the port you forwarded was 80, you would give this to other people: 68.5.12.145:80 (In order to find your public IP address, you could just google, “What is my IP address?” and it should tell you.)
