Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

Some changes in JeeSports.QL (23 comments)
Posted by nicerdicer @ 05:16 CST, 10 March 2012 - iMsg
There is such an organization as United Kingdom JeeSports. And a guy named eXodus used to work there. And terrible thing happened to him - he wasn't invited to CTF draft invitational. You know what that fu... bad man did? He screamed, he cried, he removed all the ops from official JeeSports Quake Live channel and he banned all the admins (somehow he made this channel 100 years ago, so he's still an owner). Thanks God he can't do anything with the website, because I'm sure he would mess everything up there as well, creating even more problems for JS admins and tourneys participants. That's the first time I see one going so crazy about single tournament. Don't even know what to say.

However! If you plan to play on JeeSports Quake Live events, please note, that official channel on Quakenet.org is now #JeeQL, and admin clan called JeeQL. Neither #Jeesports.QL, nor JS.QL or eXodus have anything to do with JeeSports! Nothing changed with website.

Hello everyone!

Im proud to present the teaser for my special Quake Live hardcore frag movie especially played with an XBox 360 pad on a PC. It is the first official frag movie using a pad on a PC so i'm pretty excited.

I really hope to get a lot of support from every PC player. Like i said in an interview posted a while ago, I'm not trying to replace mouse+keyboard or claim that it is better or anything. I just want to bring a whole new aspect to FPS, to consoles, and to console players. I hope you will enjoy it!

I'm sorry about the poor quality and editing, but its only a teaser. These are not incredible frags, it is just an introduction. The full video will come soon with great frags, great quality and editing, with the help of zeroql himself!

Enjoy!

Quake History Project (63 comments)
Posted by PYTON @ 10:26 CST, 9 March 2012 - iMsg
Welcome. I have been planning to share with you my project for a long time, on which i was working since holiday of 2010. The plan was simple - make the greatest database of tournaments, events, leagues, series, interviews, articles, games, demos, vods, streams, players, teams, photographs, videos, rankings, and many other things of the Quake series games, from Quake 1 to Quake Live. I almost spent a year on collecting all possible information, and even then I collected maybe only 1% of what I want. The rest of the time, I spent to program the page (not yet completed).

The project is currently in alpha phase, but already the first feature can be seen on QuakeHistory.com. You wont see too much content there. Part of it is fake, part real. I need this for testing. Full real content will be in beta phase.

You can join IRC channel - #QuakeHistory on Quakenet. Maybe you have something to offer and wanna help. Have fun exploring!

Quakeworld: Maps, Future, HoH Tournament (4 comments)
Posted by HellD1amond_CZ @ 08:33 CST, 9 March 2012 - iMsg
Welcome all! I’m here again with a new interview. Today we will be 3: me, with famous quakeworld players Sweden bps and Sweden LocKtar. Today we will talk about their favorite maps. You will be shown how QuakeWorld players are different. I also asked about their opinion on the future of QuakeWorld and the upcoming Hymn of Hope project!

Ok so let's start. Can you tell us your favourite maps and why they are your favourite?

Sweden LocKtar: I like dm4 and dm2 the most, cus of the high difference between the maps, dm2 allows you to be very fast and precise, you have to execute jumps with high accuracy and read the game fast, as it can switch from slow to fast very fast. I also like dm2 cus of i get the most out of quake on that map, its fast paced, and alot of aim involved, and you have to adapt to your enemy all the time... if he cs (plays CS style) you have to find a way to surprise him, even if it might be hard, its always possible.
Dm4 is such a dominant map, and you really have to put energy on it to win, and gain experience.. main ingredience to get good in dm4, is to have good shaft (know the hotspots to aim at), and map knowledge, read your nmy. It’s all about that, and positioning, always have the advantage in every battle.

Sweden Bps: I prefer the openness of Aerowalk because you always have options (like 3 ways to go) compared to maps like dm4, where you're like constantly cornered. Multiple options of where to go gives a more varying play imo, which is funnier, and faster. I love the starving of enemys on aerowalk, meaning stealing rockets constantly and keeping the enemy at a distance - this way he's helpless and will slow his game down, which falls in my favor.

Ok, so we saw some huge differences in your opinions there. Now let's focus a bit on the upcoming Hymn of Hope tourney where you both singed up (and bps is also admin). Can you tell us if you are preparing somehow? And what do you think - will HoH put quake back to active progaming?

Sweden LocKtar: I will keep on playing as I am right now, my shape is very good atm so I just hope I will keep it. I like it very much, I hope the quakers will be more competitive now, and do their best to win some money. I think it’s to little cs in the quakeworld scene.

Sweden Bps: For myself I haven't really decided on how much I energy/time I will put into this. I love the idea, and really want it to work out well and evolve. I'm putting alot of effort in helping zingao administer it. But I feel it's so many leagues at the moment, and I'm not really sure where to put the focus. If any, this should probably be it. I have a big issue with how much time I can spend for qw nowadays, because of irl commitments. If I wouldn't have those commitments, I would certainly put next to all my spare time into this and aim for the title. I'm currently in a bad shape, which I regret, but can't do anything about without putting more time into the game.

Ok, thanks again for your time! We are at the end, so do you want to shout-out or highlight someone? Specially to your fans! :)

Sweden Bps: The future of QW truly looks promising again, with a great influx of new, dedicated players and tournament initiatives. I think the documentary made by Defcon_5 was the defibrillator that kick-started the heart of the community, which lead to this great influx. Shout-out to my dear fanbois: apprentice Jackal, gflip and helld1amond :) Thanks Zalon for his great community efforts and also Tonik, Renzo, vvd, cokeman, johnny_cz, empezar and all the other guys lurking in the shadows doing great stuff for us all!

Sweden LocKtar: I would like to say EKERÖ KOMMUN RULEZ!!!!!!!

So, that was bps and LocKtar and their point of view on QuakeWorld maps. Also I would like to remind you guys the Hymn of Hope season #1 registration on hymnofhope.tourney. Thanks for feedback and support!

Welcome Captains and Players to our QL CTF Nationscup. With signups behind us it's time to start playing! Groups are now up, with 13 signups it is divided into 7 and 6 nations. Top 4 of both groups advance into the playoffs which will a single elimination. The first games are planned to be starting in the upcoming week. Final date being for them to be played is March 18. The standard time every week for games is Sunday 20:00 CET. Make sure you schedule your games to avoid problems. You only have 1 wildcard! Round 5 is spread over 2 weeks to avoid problems with Nations who are attending @ TheParty in Eindhoven.

Update: First matchweek delayed by 1 week so there won't be any problems with HoQ, Draft and possible TDM NC all at the same day. [eXodus]

Problem? Come to our IRC channel #JeeQL and we will (try) solve them! Good luck & have fun to all players and captains.
We will try to get streams for as many games as possible.
