I finally got round to completing this useful tool which gives you the capability of getting peoples Elo's while you are in-game. To use it, all you need to do is run the program and set an in-game bind key for it, then once you are in game press your bind to scan all the players in your current server, then press the same key again to display everyone's Elo. It also has the option to display the info to everyone in the server or just to echo it to yourself. In the future I plan to make it possible to update yourself while you are in game so you don't need to use the bot in our IRC channel. Any help/feedback much appreciated, have fun :)
Update: Thanks for the feedback guys, here is version 1.5 which addresses the issues which were raised :). By the way, you may need to uninstall the previous version or else you will probably run into problems.
- Added support for con_timestamp 1
- Unlocked the text box for QL basedir so it now allows you to paste into it
- Increased the interval between executing the player command and the condump command by 50% for increased reliability
- "Announce Elo to everyone in the server" checkbox now gets saved when you exit the program
