The

National Gaming League is a new league based in central and eastern USA. hey hold various LAN events for console shooters. They are looking to expand into other games/platforms. Quake Live is on their list for consideration. Please vote for Quake Live on their poll, to show them that we care! The more LANs the better! NGL is a legit League. They pay out in cash at the end of the tournament .

Now that the captains have submitted their line-ups and the teams are known, there is one step left before the TDM Country Championship 2011 can start: a qualifier match between

Ireland and

Latvia (Info). This match is scheduled for Monday 12th at 14:00 CDT so far, and its winner will join the nations in Group B. Because all the groups are already made, and the first games are planned for Tuesday!

Event: CB EC XXIV

ClanBase presents EC/OC Fall 2011 season where cups will be ran for 21 game, with 5 EuroCups and 51 OpenCups. This season's QL EuroCup will use TDM as it's main gametype as last season.

This season we have decided to expand our regular pool of gametypes by adding 2v2 TDM as well as iFT. Check complete list of QL cups down below with signup links. Signups close on 11th of September.

Of course, if anyone feels like helping with the cups, either writing match reports or being a referee, can do that by applying as Cup Admin, so we can together ensure that coverage of the upcoming cups are on the highest level possible. Admin signup links below.

I finally got a hold of ddk which I have been looking forward to for some weeks. He did not disappoint me and hopefully you will enjoy his insight as much as I did on QL vs QW TDM - self analasys, player improvement and much more.

Cyanide came on as well to present his application he just released - QWratings. With some practical examples he shows how fun it can be to explore this little application.

On a side note I'd just like to apologize for a technical fuc...mishap in the beginning of the show, resulting in losing the very cool intro video. Also the show ran over one and a half hour... why didn't anyone stop me?! If need be, you are welcome to cut the show in half and watch it over two lunch hours during the rest of the week. ;)

Also Phil is showing off some cool live streaming feature that we might take greater advantage of in the future. We hope you enjoy the show.

eFPS CPM Duel Tournament - North America (7 comments)

Hey everybody, the people at http://www.everythingFPS.com/ are going to be hosting a duel tournament in CPM for North Americans.

It's pretty straightforward, show up, do matches, possibly win money. Map picking will be done on a Pick, Pick, Drop, Drop, Drop, Drop, Tiebreaker, remaining map being a "better seed picks first" system.

Official Map pool is:
CPM22, CPM24, CPM3A, CPM15, PUKKA3TOURNEY2, CPM1A

Signups are due in by Sept. 17th.

The Grand prize (as of right now) is $50 for 1st Place, second place being $25. If we can get 32 signups I will personally throw in $100+ more into the prize pot.

Hope everyone that signs up has an awesome time, and we SHOULD already have 8 signups, if everyone that signed up on the challonge.com page I made signs back up.
