CTF Format - Single-Elimination. Best-of-3 bracket with 8 teams. High seed then low seed (pick pick drop drop). Maps will be ironworks, japanese castles, shining forces, siberia, troubled waters.

From now on, here are rules that I will expect every player to abide by while playing in any Anima Gaming event:

1. No hacking or flooding of any sort
2. No disrespect of other players or admins in any situation
3. Play on the utmost fair conditions (ping difference specifically)
4. No aliasing by any means
5. No straying off of the tournament format
6. Demos and Screenshots must be provided for every match (do so by setting /cg_autoaction 3)
7. Matching clan/team tags must be worn for all team games
8. Players must be present in the designated IRC channel
9. After 3 concurrent failures to show up for matches, a player or team will receive an event suspension following the next week
10. Players must stick to the designated schedule and allotted times per series. Failure to do so concurrently may result in suspension
11. Team rosters must remain the same every event. Failure to do so will result in no earned points

-1024 players (maximum) are allowed to join a tournament.
-Any tournament can be managed and created by users on your friends list.
-Check In and the Brackets are done automatically.
-An automatic Seeding System is also configured to ensure the brackets are fair. (details)
-For the FPS titles (CS, CSS, COD4, UT2004), every player will have the possibility to rent a gameserver, hosted by NGZ, for free and for every match!

- The first official UT2004 tournaments begin on the 30th April 2011 with a tournament managed by NGZ. Sign ups are now open.

The last few cups have been dominated by scrmz and GoHLinK, but last week's cup showed that there are players who are capable of giving both of them a good run for the money.

One being the legendary Nautilus who came real close to causing an upset last week, and another being mino who has consistently placed well in the last few cups - if he has his day today we might see him going all the way to the final. If he plays at all, that is, as he is not signed up at this moment.

Two other players to watch would be astz and Joky, both of them have the skills needed to go real far in this cup, and if either one of them has a great day he could perhaps reach as far as the finals.

- Loser of pummel fight removes the first map, the winner removes the second map. This continues until the correct amount of maps is left for bo1, bo3 or bo5. Then the winner of pummel picks his map, the loser picks his map after this continues until no maps are left to pick.
