Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

Starcraft Pros In Cheat Scandal (50 comments)
Posted by Magician @ 06:37 CDT, 14 April 2010 - iMsg
The story originated on gamepron.com reports that top Korean players are being named and shamed for throwing matches to make money on illegal betting. It’s apparently been a problem that the e-sports organisers have been trying to stamp out for a while, and it has now reached an impass, with players being outed, or forced to retire. It’s the biggest drama the game has seen in some time, and could shake things up for the leagues as they move ahead to the Starcraft II launch, with sponsorship being put at risk, and so forth.

Korean starcraft matchfixing allegations (6 comments)
Posted by Raaaaaagh @ 03:38 CDT, 13 April 2010 - iMsg
The Korean Starcraft scene is being rocked by the biggest e-sports scandal in history, with allegations of match fixing involving A-list players and eSport betting sites. News is pouring in from various sources (as are tears of betrayel from Savior fans), but hard facts thin on the ground. Its a complete circus right now, but to jump into the rumour mill anyway, click the link below.

"Apparently a number of current pro gamers has been found involved in match set-ups and illegal betting after being in contact with an illegal gambling group. Unidentified pro gamers has been found illegally leaking team's replay files and intentionally losing matches. Teams involved are currently taking measures to oust the offending members and forcing more serious offenders to retire. Rumors speculate a vast number of A-listers are of those being punished including Savior, AKA Ma Jae Yoon."
