While browsing through the movie listings here on ESR, I did not manage to find any entry for Frags Done Extreme 2 (fde2), which is certainly a breach against the Geneva Convention. If any movie deserves to be in the Hall of Fame it is this awardwinning movie. This single movie has me convinced that QW is the coolest multiplayer game ever, without ever playing it. If you haven't seen it, you really should.

Recently released by Polish Q2 players MoN-SooN and Oni, a 39:50 (!) long Q2DM fragmovie featuring numerous Polish players taking on eachother.

The movie was made with the custom Q2 client BeefQuake and features Matrix-like scenes created with KeyGrip 2. It mostly consists of frags on the standard id maps, however it also includes action on the following maps: aeroq2 (aka q2duel1), broken2 (aka q2duel5), fury, tltf (q3dm17 converted) and ztn2dm3 (aka q2duel8).

At 510 mb, it's a rather hefty download, the settings in Q2 could have been done a bit better too, but the action is fierce, so check it out ;)

The danish vikings from Dynamic Crew released their movie today. After coming in 2nd at the CPL UK Gainward Qualifier this weekend, Arjon found the time to finish the movie. The Dynamic guys have an impressive record games, attended events/cups etc. 4th at CPL Oslo, 1st NCParty.dk, 2nd CPL UK Qualifier, Quarterfinals in their first EuroCup. And the story goes on.

The movie itself is filled with funny introductions to each player in the team. I don't know what else there is to write about the movie, otherwise than I found it very good. 22 minutes including impressive frags against well-known clans. Enjoy!

Of course all of you know the QdQ competition. Similliar project started back in spring 2002, Quake III Arena Done Quick, the Bot Challenge. After the 1st part of competition was completed, the Q3ADQ team decided to make a movie. It took quite a long time, because it was made by only one man.
And, today I'm glad to announce that the movie is now finished. Logo did a great work. The first run through Quake III Arena took 28m 6s. The competition is still running though, and the overall time was decreased to 26m 56.9s. If you want to participate, join us.

n1 is a Counterstrike movie made by Nikolaus & so!id.
Overall it features really nice frag scenes and a cool intro & outro. Very nice editing, the music is abit boring, but thats a matter of taste. Definatly worth the download of 260MB.
