Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

Starcraft 2 Battle Report #4 (55 comments)
Posted by Paladia @ 17:46 CDT, 19 October 2009 - iMsg
Number four of the popular Starcraft 2 battle reports was "leaked" earlier today. The battle reports are videos of Starcraft 2 match which are commentated by the game developers and as such give a good insight of how the final game will play.

This time around we get to see some new features in action, such as Psi Storms, Siege Tanks, new cliff mechanics and especially the Nuke, which has been made much more accessable in Starcraft 2 and some argue is overpowered in its current incarnation.

Anton "Cooller" Singov at the GC Dubai (45 comments)

Even though Russia Anton "Cooller" Singov didn't make an appearance in the Quake Live scene yet he still received an invite for the Global Challenge Dubai. fragster.de fragster analyse what can be expected from the mousesports player after his heyday and how he will continue after the Dubai tournament.
"We've motivated him a bit" says mousesports-Manager René "Rene" Lannte when fragster spoke with him; successfully as it seems. Cause if you look at the playing time of his Quake Live Account, it seems that Cooller is definitely taking the tournament in Dubai serious.

Edit: Taken from the mousesports-Twitter:

Visa issues fixed - Cooller will travel to Dubai tomorrow. Thanks to @ESLMichal for doing an AWESOME job in Dubai! ^RL

rapha: "[Cooller] could do it again" (58 comments)
Posted by Thorin @ 17:29 CDT, 15 October 2009 - iMsg
Quakecon and Gamescom champion United States of America Shane "rapha" Hendrixson has given an interview to SK-gaming prior to the Global Challenge Dubai, for which his first game is scheduled to be played on the 18th of October. rapha talks about the Dubai event, Q3 legend Cooller and his fellow Americans. Find out why he considers DaHanG "a force to be reckoned" or l1nkje someone who "can't be taken lightly". Here is a teaser:
SK-Gaming: Cooller has been at least half out of shape for the past couple of years and seemingly only capable of winning a great map here or there in comparison to his form of old. What is your take on the current iteration of Cooller? Is he ready to reclimb the mountain and become one of that very small but elite handful of players again do you think? Do you feel as though he is a player who could rediscover the drive which once made him close to unbeatable?
rapha: I think he just needs the right motivation again to start putting in the time and effort needed to be at the top , he just needs something to play for. Maybe it's more $, maybe it's something else. There's no doubt that he could do it again, it's just a matter of whether he be willing to do it :) because knowing him, he hates losing.
If that tickles your fancy, check SK-gaming to read the full interview.
Quake LIFE Blogs Site Re-Release (34 comments)
Posted by Streetrunner @ 11:18 CDT, 15 October 2009 - iMsg
This is the announcement of the re-RELEASE of Quake Life, with a new name and look: Quake LIFE Blogs - www.quakelifeblogs.com from gameriot.

The reason for the change is to make it more clear what this site is about, and that is blogging. You don't need to set up your own blog site on a server, you can use this one.

Everyone and anyone that is part of the Quake scene has a voice and opinion. They have the potential of being creative, sharing information of any sort and any type, and posting news if they would like. This site will feature this alone. For the entire Quake community.

Each person can have their own blog that others subscribe to and follow individually. Just sign up and in and create and name a new blog. Then start. Blogs can be made to express opinions, post the best videos on the web, follow events; basically anything can be done on here. You can form discussions, create sub communities, create a travel blog, it doesn't matter. Every blog will automatically go on the front page when submitted. Enjoy!

EG.DaHanG: "I would like to have a turn" (80 comments)
Posted by dunnisdone @ 09:35 CDT, 15 October 2009 - iMsg
Kristina "Korini" Chin of myEG.net just sat down with United States of America Chance "Chance" Lacina and United States of America Tim "DaHanG" Fogarty of EG Evil Geniuses to talk before ESL Dubai. The interviews cover everything from the groups to their hopes for the Quake community, but you can check out a small sample below:

EG|Korini: How do you feel about the bracket stage's best of five format and the fact that players will not be able to drop maps because of it?
EG|Chance: I think it's awesome. The more maps we play the more likely it is for the better player to win. Who wouldn't want that? The only drawback could be that it takes longer to play matches, but personally this doesn't bother me and it's well worth the trade.

EG|Korini: What are your thoughts about the overall progression of QL as a competitive game? Does the current level of competition have any impact on the growth of the community?
EG|DaHanG: It's been cool to observe the styles evolve in Quake Live, especially on the new maps where it's so evident. There are certainly talented players willing to play, but I think some old school players coming back will help spur growth and interest. Cooller, for instance, has decided to come back and there are tons of comments on esreality.com supporting him. Hopefully more old players return and the scene is further revitalized!

Kuh3Liga now sets completely on Quake Live. Maybe they will have some smaller cups for Quake 3 in the future.

The signups for both leagues, Quake Live TDM 4v4 (pro-settings) & Quake Live CTF 4v4, are now closed. The leagues will started on 18.10.09. The games will be finished in about 7 weeks when all games are played. This are the groups for Fall 2009:

Listed known players like zik, jibo, krysa, z4muz, madix, nace, smoke, slaine will participate. For sure Holysh1t will broadcast some matches as they did in the past.

Edit: Kuh3Liga decided not to held the CTF league because only 10 clans signed up.
