Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

A hand of Quake players came to Cologne during the last days to participate at the first QuakeLive at an Intel Extreme Masters 4 event. Fragster.de was there as well and was able to take some pictures of the Quakers at GamesCom. Be sure to check them out.

I also found some more galleries:
- Germany d1ablo took some for derQuaker.com.
- New Zealand Liefje also posted a tiny gallery on ESR.
- If you don't mind pics from CS and WoW players, you check out the galleries on the ESL website and on esportsfrance.com.

CPMChallenges CTF And Duel Tournaments (78 comments)

The CPMChallenges channel is proud to present its CTF and Duel Tournies set to begin the first day of September. Though the CTF tournament will have some fairly standard maps, the Duel tournament will feature some older and newer maps to players to challenge themselves with. Should make things interesting. The maplists are:

Also, rather than cram everything into a weekend, both tournaments will feature more league-style schedules, spacing rounds out over several days. This tourney is OPEN to European players and teams, but please read the rules for specifics on maps and servers. Check out the list of players and the complete set of rules at these links:

Spartie Invited To IEM Pro/Am Tournament (101 comments)
Posted by nineX @ 17:42 CDT, 19 August 2009 - iMsg
After the announcement yesterday that Poland Bogdan ‘bodzo' Mazur would not in fact be attending the Intel Extreme Masters Pro/Am Challenge, ESL has invited 2009 QuakeCon runner-up, Sweden Sebastian 'Spartie' Siira to play in the tournament, which starts Friday. After Siira's great showing at the QuakeCon event, fans can expect him to do well in this tournament as well. Could we possibly see a rematch of the QuakeCon finals?

For more on the announcement including a quote from the fnatic player and an announced list of players attending head over to fnatic.com.

UPDATE: Thanks to a source within ESL, the complete list of players attending has been posted with the Spartie announcement as well :D
nfinity loan SK|Bodzo (276 comments)

UPDATE:
By Poland bodzo - Reply to #136
I wont be present on the tournament and i would like to apologize Rondrian and ESL for any inconvenience occured because of that. Thank u Fisk and nfinity for a chance and sorry for my resign.

Statement from Sweden Fisk
I'm really sorry for the situation that happend, not just only for the readers here on ESR, but also ESL and everyone who was involved, and last those who helped me last night and the whole day today. When everything was set, money was sent and all he needed to do was pack his stuff and leave for Germany, I got this query (above). But I'd like to wish Bodzo good luck in future events and maybe we'll see him in Dreamhack Winter.

nfinity eSports have looked to loan a player from SK to represent them within the Gamescom finals.

After the efforts of the nfinity players fell short at the qualifying for the Gamescom finals, nfinity management have looked to loan a player who will be able to compete at the Intel Extreme Masters Pro-Am Quake Live 1v1 at Gamescom. This player is set to be SK Gaming‘s Polish star Poland Bogdan ‘bodzo’ Mazur, and although he will still play with the SK tags he will be funded by nfinity eSports.

nfinity's Sweden Fisk had this to say:
This move will suit both teams well as SK already have two players attending and nfinity eSports are looking to be represented. The move shows the signs of a great relationship between both organisations and we hope for this to continue.

So I don't have to make a new thread, here's a copy paste:

The Clash of the Titans show match is now over, with a 3-0 going to one of the players.

While we had issues streaming the match this past weekend, we do have the Replays available for you to watch. The games were played on Longinus, Dire Straits, and Lost Temple.

Please do not download the replays and host them at your own community website, thanks.
