Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.
There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.
In the latest dev stream they had some comments about plans for CA and CTF. We've been loud and clear about CTF, so I figured why not have a poll about how we feel about CA :)
Today seems about a good time to release more informations about the ESL-TV QL Invitational sponsored by Razer. First the schedule has been altered due to the new default update day for QuakeLive being Tuesday, so the shows are now planned on Mondays and Thursdays.
Also the players list will now feature 14 direct invitations and 2 qualifiers. These qualifications will take place during the first introductory show and will be followed by an exhibition match between av3k and Stermy. Unfortunately the Italian player won't be able to play in the tournament because of the changes in our schedule.
Last but not least, it was planned to use the same rules as the incoming QuakeCon duel tournament in order to prepare the European players who will be attending. But after some serious thinking, we decided to stick with the default European map list.
Each Playday will feature 4 players in a single elimination bracket, the winner will then join the Finals.
All the shows will start at 12:00 CDT and finish at 14:00 CDT.
Maps will be chosen using the elimination system. The winner of a coin toss starts removing a map, loser removes, loser picks and winner picks. Last remaining map will be used as decider if needed. Match will start on loser's map pick.
The winner of each Playday will be rewarded with 100€ and will attend the Finals.
The winner of the Finals will be rewarded with 500€ and the second with 100€.
Also Razer will provide 500€ of products for the spectators of the show.
We recently took a trip to the WeMade FOX professional gaming team house, located in Seoul, South Korea. While there, interviews of Starcraft players Nada and Pure were done, an interview with the Warcraft 3 star Spirit_Moon was done, as well as a tour of the inner WeMade FOX team house.
Moon & Pure talk about why they chose their current game, the possibility of more Warcraft 3 players on WeMade FOX in the future, who they train with, favorite Starcraft players, current thoughts on the state of Warcraft 3 on a global scale, the meaning behind their ID, units they hate the most, their current rivals, the good thing about being on WeMade FOX, future goals, and a shout out to their foreign fans around the world!

Unlike traditional 1v1, Proleague is played between 2 teams. 4 players from each team play out 1v1 matches against the opposing team in a BO3 format played in single games. If a tie should arise between the teams, a 5th "ace match" will be played. Regular season games are played through 5 rounds in a round robin format, with each round running for 5 weeks. At the end of the regular season, 6 teams advance to the playoffs.
After six hours full of Quake Live the tournament has come to an end. Bogdan "bodzo" Mazur managed to beat Sebastian "spart1e" Siira in the Final after three maps. But also Michael "madix" Hindersson, who came 3rd/4th together with the dignitas player Alexandre "GoHLinK" Fouchet, put up a very good fight against spart1e in the semi final. Especially his comeback on tourney4 is worth to download the replay.
The e-Stars Seoul Heritage League is a new invite-only tournament featuring some of the best oldschool players in Starcraft history. This tournament is a celebration of 10 years of e-sports, and boasts a $40,000 prize pool.
These matches will take place at 00:00 CDT, 13 July 2009:
Games will be broadcast on OGN, so use the main stream or the mirror stream to watch. Mogulus streams will be posted in this thread closer to the cast.

On July 4th, freedom arrived in the form of the Worldwide Federation of Gaming, a new organization who's goal is to be the governing body of tournament-style competitive gaming across numerous gaming platforms and genres. Displaying the motto ‘Built for Gamers, Backed by Gamers’, the website launched at www.WWFOG.com and includes the first details of the federation, which has a $10 membership fee that gives access to the forum and federation's professional gamers. The federation has sealed a partnership with Empire Arcadia, a team of gamers based out of New York City which includes CEO Arcadia Isaiah "TriForce" Johnson, Street Fighter legend Justin Wong, and WCG Ultimate Gamer's Robert "Prod1gy X" Paz.
Triforce will be joining this week's show as our special guest to talk about all aspects of the federation. How it works, why it will work, when will it start, how it will make money and be sustainable, how it will compare to other league's, if it will work with other league's, how current gaming teams fit into the mix, and so on. He will also be giving a report on players' Justin Wong and Marn's bootcamp in Japan, where they are practicing nonstop for next week's Evolution event and SBO next month. Former GotFrag editor-in-chief Mark "jESUIT" Cheben will also be calling in to give his thoughts.
- Related to the WWFOG, an anonymous article was written on SK-Gaming regarding the federation. Anonymous posting is lame. We'll talk about the aspects of posting articles, columns and news anonymously, and whether editorial sites should allow such behavior.
- Evolution is a week away and everyone is practicing hardcore for the battle that will commence. Famous Japanese player Daigo has been confirmed for the event, with several other Japanese players pending. Old school, new school, East vs West, USA vs Japan, many story lines to cover.
- ESL and Razer announce a 16-player European Quake Live tournament with several top names including Stermy, Fox, Cypher and av3k. This will be the first major European QL tournament of the year, and will give us a good look at what we can expect at QuakeCon.
- Counter-Strike 1.6 heats up again as GameGune finalizes it's participants list which includes Wicked, Virtus.Pro, Mousesports, emuLate, and ALTERNATE. WCG Sweden will see a battle between fnatic, SK Gaming, Lemondogs and Begrip. We'll give our predictions on the forthcoming events.
- MLG Anaheim reportedly confirmed by the Anaheim Convention Center for November. We'll talk about how this fits into MLG's circuit plans, and speculate on what exactly Sundance is doing in Dallas.
- Grubby wins the GomTV Invitational, his first major victory of the year. Can he continue this going into the next events?
Tune in at 4 PM EST / 22:00 CET at www.DjWheat.Tv for all the action!

Last week was a glorious day, as we saw ToT)ret( take on KT.MGW)Grape in a very close best of 3 series. Due to the previous votes by the community being so close between Grape and his teammate Say[Join], we wanted to use the latter in this weeks match.
Say[Join] is known as one of the older members on the team, having started his pro gaming career a bit late, similar to Much[gm]. But don’t let the age fool you, he’s a highly skilled player and looks to defend his teams reputation this weekend. The match will take place at 01:00 CDT, 11 July 2009.
You can use This Thread as a source to watch the matches, or also head on over to the main Justin.tv channel and you’ll be able to login and chat with other people.
Konstantin "swine" Bös interviewed Dignitas player Gareth "GaRpY" Marshall over at fragster.de.
Read the full interview and find out what he has to say about the EPS UK Playoffs, Upcoming Quake Live Tournaments and other things. Here the snippet:
Weren't you a bit surprised that you've beaten ddk and HELL, the UK scene's favourites?
GaRpY: Well, I was a bit surprised beating HELL, but I knew deep down that if I played my game and didn't get too mad and stayed calm I could beat ddk. HELL, on the other hand, was fifty-fifty, we practise a lot together and he knows I can beat him and he can beat me. But it was great to have an all dignitas final and to let the pressure off.
Marty "marty" Stratton of id Software has announced that a large update to QuakeLive will take place on Tuesday 14th. It will be down for 3-4 hours from early evening European time (late morning US time). Once down for maintenance, progress updates can be found on their Twitter page.
Following this update, any further modifications will be scheduled to be carried out on Tuesdays to create a sense of routine (excluding emergency updates).
While a formal announcement with the exact structure and complete rule-sets for this year's official QuakeCon tournaments is right around the corner, we wanted to provide the selected map lists so players can start practicing for the competitions.
