Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

Posted by Badb0y @ 18:48 CDT, 25 May 2008 - iMsg
Running With Scissors released for free the multiplayer version of Postal 2: Share the Pain, the multiplayer expansion to their controversial FPS Postal 2. Go and Share the Pain if you like.

Share The Pain uses the Unreal Graphics Engine and contains 14 multiplayer maps, 25 playable characters, 11 crazy weapons and 4 different gametypes (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, "Snatch"/CFT/pick up a woman, "Grab"/collect a series of power-ups) .

In anticipation of the release of Postal 3 in October 2008, the multiplayer element of Postal 2 has been made available for free.

Originally released in 2004, the Postal series of games gained notoriety for it's high levels of violence and stereotyping and as far as we know, is still banned in Australia, Brazil and New Zealand.

Deathmatch Reisin big time in 2009 (125 comments)
Posted by Carmac @ 13:41 CDT, 25 May 2008 - iMsg
The second installment of the interview with Jarod Reisin, the president of the AGP, is here. This fascinating individual talked about the state of DM games and how they lost their position in competitive gaming.

In the second part of the interview, he talks about how he plans to put them back on the map. He also explains why he thinks the tour needs four different games and why he chose Q4 Quake 4 and ut3 UT3 in particular. Snippet below:
We will forever have the fighting about everyone's preferred game and how it is better or more skilled. Well, now it will be put on a pedestal and the fans will have a lot to talk about and watch. This in some ways will unite the communities. FPS 1v1 has some great communities, positive and negative. They all will now finally have a place to really see the encompassing of the entire FPS 1v1 sport in itself. Unity is everything. This format should allow a good percentage of each games fan base to unite. Yes, I know the QW fans and Q2 fans, and all of the UT's prior to 3 among the tons of other potential games will not be satisfied. But we cannot have a tour of 20 games.

AGP Founder Reisin: FPS 1v1 Hasn't Died (60 comments)
Posted by Carmac @ 19:12 CDT, 24 May 2008 - iMsg
The man behind the 240+ comment enthusiasm on ESReality regarding a new deathmatch circuit that will launch in 2009 is called Jarod "Streetrunner" Reisin. This fascinating individual has a strong belief in 1v1 DM games and plans to bring the community a tour of a dozen events for UT3, Q4, Q3 and WSW next year.

Such an announcement sparks curiosity and invites questions. The questions regarding the AGP were enough to get SK Gaming SK Gaming a very solid, two-part interview with Streetrunner. In the first part, he talks about the general state of deathmatch in esports, why it failed with the CPL_White_BG CPL and the WSVG WSVG and how it should be presented. Here's the mandatory teaser:
I don't believe FPS 1v1 has died. I just believe that these poor decisions and lack of focus on the game and players has created such seperation, that fans really have nowhere to turn. And the players cannot stick around and put in the amazing amount of time it takes to be top with no hope of actually being able to play consistently or make enough money to even survive on. And the fans have ended up just giving up.
The entire interview can be found right here. Part 2 will come Sunday evening and will cover the specifics of the AGP, including the game choices in detail.

Anti-Piracy Chip to Save PC Gaming? (39 comments)
Posted by HamidoOs @ 23:38 CDT, 23 May 2008 - iMsg
Recently there's been a lot of conversation around piracy and how it has hurt PC gaming. Atari founder Nolan Bushnell has suggested that future motherboards be equipped with a new Anti-Piracy chip in order to end piracy.

Bushnell suggested that though movie and music piracy will likely continue unabated, game markets made previously inaccessible due to piracy issues will begin to flourish as the chip's install base grows.

What we know so far, the Real Time Strategic RA3 will have three factions and a full co-operative storyline and the game will be released on PC, xbox360 Xbox 360 and PS3 Playstation 3. And maybe it will kick ass after the average game Tiberium Wars.
Valve laughs at "PC gaming is dying" (79 comments)

Drinn posting a news on SK Gaming sk-gaming called Valve laughs at "PC gaming is dying" story.

A hot topic in the gaming community has been the "PC gaming is dying" claim that some of the retailers and game developers like Infinity Ward (CoD4 CoD 4) and Crytek (Crysis Crysis) have been saying for quite some time.

Shacknews interviewed Valve's big boss Doug Lombardi, who said in the very beginning that Valve actually laughs to at that claim:

"I mean, I think, we sort of laugh at it. Because we've been wildly successful--we're very fortunate, you know. Our games have all done really, really well, Steam has taken off and become this whole other business for us, Valve has never been in better shape--and yet everybody is talking about how in the PC world, the sky is falling. And we're like, we've been doing this for 10 years now--actually 12 years since the company started, 10 years since the first game came out--and we've never been in better shape, financially or otherwise. The company is over 160 people now--it was 20 people when we shipped Half-Life. We've got multiple projects going--we were always a one-project-at-a-time group."

Rapha - blessed with a gift (200 comments)

United States of America Shane "rapha" Hendrixson's efforts and hard-work are finally propelling him to where he wants to be - on top. He recently signed to the wealthy SK-Gaming organization along with American Quake 3 legend United States of America John "ZeRo4" Hill, and is now two wins away from securing a spot at the eswc ESWC finals in San Jose during the summer. SK-Gaming's Poland Michal "Carmac" Blicharz goes inside the mind of the developing star.

"I'd say getting into the head of my opponent," rapha describes his biggest strengths. "Being able to be not just one but at times three, four, sometimes even five steps ahead of what they're going to do. And if they change something other than what I thought, being able to adapt quickly to the change and doing what I can to turn it in my favour. Sometimes my aim helps, but to me I aim well because of the way I think. It's not really a big reflex thing."
