I think you need to change your country flag in your account settings in quakelive.

last time I checked it doesn't sync over

the flag has changed on quake live but not qlranks

yeah, because the qlranks site just adds whatever flag when it first polls your account and leaves it at that. it can be changed manually if you ask szr or sirax or someone in #qlranks on quakenet.
